Hi, This is one of the articles from my first attempt at blogging. Thank You in advance for reading. I hope it helps you to be optimistic.
Gratitude begins with two simple words – ‘Thank You’, but you have to feel thankful with all ur heart to be really Grateful. The more you start to say thanks, the more you’ll feel it. Thousands of people in the worst imaginable situation have changed their lives by being grateful to God. Despite their situations, they saw things in their lives to be grateful for. So many pple complain a lot, they fail to feel thankful for the little they have, they forget that the little they have some pple lack. This complains brings more complains. Their situation does not get better.
When we are grateful for the things we have, nomatter how small or the situation we may be in, we’ll receive more of those things. No matter what negative situation we may find ourselves in, we can always find something to be thankful for. Give thanks for your sense organs; you can see, smell, hear, feel and taste. Give thanks for your legs and hands, your immune system that maintains your body, your magnificent mind and brain that no technology can duplicate. Give thanks for your home, family, friends and work. Thanks for the sun, the water you drink, the food you eat and the air you breathe. Without them you wont be alive.
There’s always a lot to be grateful for. Are you grateful for your health when it’s good? Or do you notice your health only when you are sick or hurt? Are you grateful when you have a good night sleep or do you take those nights for granted and only think of sleep when you’ve been deprived? Are you grateful to be alive each day? Giving thanks to God should be done at all times. In Good and Bad situations.
- Be grateful for everything you have received in your life.
- Be grateful for everything you are receiving in your life.
- Be grateful for what you want in your life as though you have received it.
Gratitude to God cost us nothing, rather, its worth more than all the riches in the world. It enriches us with all the good things of life! For whatever we feel grateful for multiplies. Gratitude is a force of love. It is happiness. It is been happy and grateful at all times. And as we are happy and give thanks we receive happy things.
